Hmm, I have noticed a few things wrong with this 'clan'.
First of all, this 'clan', claims to help rid Newgrounds of spam. What are 23 members supposed to do against hundreds of kitty krew members, and the spammer side of the clock crew?
Second, the name of this 'clan' is Hayabusa, a name from the 'Halo' series. This club (that's right CLUB - it's not really a clan), has absolutely NOTHING to do with Halo at all.
Third, why are you calling it a 'clan' anyway? Do you know what a clan is?
CLAN - as defined in the English dictionary -
A group of people, as a clique, set, society, or party, esp. as united by some common trait, characteristic, or interest: a clan of actors and directors.
This may be correct in the sense that you all seem interested in doing nothing, (see #1) but the fact that this clan isn't doing anything technically makes it a club, not a clan. Besides this, 60% of the world's population think of the KKK (klu klutz klan) when they here the word clan.
Fourth, and lastly, the fact that you made a 'flag' that was your dog makes you seem extremely childish. Not only that, but your dog has less to do with Halo and anti-spamming than your club does.

If you look in the Japanese dictionary you will see that Hayabusa is a word for "eagle" in English.
